PANAMA OPENS ITS DOORS TO INVESTORS WITH AN INVESTMENT CAPITAL OF $300,000.
✔ As long as the purchase becomes effective within the first two years from the date the law was approved. After this time, the amount rises to $500,000.
✔ Real Estate investments can be for existing property or also on pre-construction properties.
ALL INVESTMENTS MUST BE KEPT FOR A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS.
The investor can obtain immediate permanent residence after the completion of the process, which is estimated to take 30 days.
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME, THERE WILL BE A PROGRAM THAT ALLOWS QUALIFIED INVESTORS TO APPLY FROM ABROAD.
