Avenida Balboa

The 3.5 km-stretch along Panama Bay is one of Panama City’s most luxurious neighborhoods. It is named for Vasco Núñez de Balboa, the Spanish explorer, and it has traditionally attracted buyers and renters from around the world. Today it is one of the most sought-after addresses in Panama City, with a mix of high-end new towers and older, traditional apartments.

The Avenida offers a wonderful, active waterfront lifestyle, with walking and bike paths along the Bay, connecting to Cinta Costera.  And it is all set against one of the most beautiful and photogenic backdrops in Latin America.
